At 10:00 AM or 5:30 PM, our tour guide will welcome you at your hotel lobby, then start walking tour in old quarter “36 streets” to visit some famous and specialized- food families or stalls/ local restaurants, shops where they run their business everyday, certainly you will watch and taste some particular dishes (Please let us know if you are vegetarian).

Our 3-hour walking tour will take you to some of Hanoi’s best-kept culinary secrets.

Stop 1: Bún Chả – The iconic grilled pork noodle soup Start your adventure with a local favorite—Bún Chả. We’ll visit a famous spot tucked away in a small alley where locals have been enjoying this dish for decades. You’ll learn how this dish is made, from the perfectly grilled pork patties and tender pork belly to the sweet and sour broth and fresh herbs that make this dish a world-famous delight.

Stop 2: Phở – The heart of Vietnamese cuisine Next, we’ll head to a legendary eatery to try a bowl of classic Phở. We’ll delve into the history of this national dish and discover the secret behind its rich, aromatic broth. Whether you choose beef (Phở bò) or chicken (Phở gà), you’ll taste why Phở is more than just a noodle soup—it’s an essential part of Vietnamese culture.

Stop 3: Bánh Tôm Hồ Tây – Crispy shrimp cakes by West Lake Our journey continues to the scenic West Lake for a taste of Bánh Tôm Hồ Tây.
