NOTE: Please note that you can easily apply for an e-visa through our national immigration portal (for most nationalities). Please log in to the website below, which belongs to our Vietnam Immigration Department, and follow the steps to get your visa:
VISA ON ARRIVAL SERVICE:
What is a “visa on arrival”?: This is probably the easiest way to get your visa without having to run around embassies, consulates, etc. before your trip, and it is a valid alternative to applying for a tourist visa. The entry visa will be stamped in your passport when you pass through our immigration checkpoint. Although valid for thirty days, it can be extended once you enter Vietnam. With this type of visa, you can only enter the country by air.
Who uses this type of service:
– Those who live in a certain country where the Vietnamese embassy or consulate has not been established.
– Those who have a time limit but need to be in Vietnam as soon as possible.
How to get a visa on arrival:
Please send us a copy of your passport OR give us the information below:
+ Last name:……………………………………………………………………….
+ Middle name:…………………………………………………………………
+ First name: ………………………………………………………………….
+ Gender: ……………………………………………………………………………
+ Date of birth (date, month, year) :……………………………………..

– We obtain for you what is called an “Approval Letter” from the Vietnam Immigration Department in Hanoi.
– We will send you a copy of the “Pre-Approval Letter” by fax or email. Copies of the same document will be sent on your behalf to the Vietnamese immigration checkpoints at international airports, so that when you arrive in Vietnam, the immigration officers will have these documents in hand and will be able to issue your entry visa quickly. Please also provide the agents with your 2 recent photos.
Fare Structure: Starting from USD 50 per person
Our cost does not include the stamp fee of USD 25 for single entry or USD 50 per person for multiple entries (for a visit of less than 30 days), to be submitted directly to the airport customs office.
Note:
*From 1st July 2016 to 30th June 2018, all British, German, French, Italian and Spanish passport holders can enter Vietnam for a maximum of 15 days without a visa. You only need a visa to enter Vietnam for a period of more than 15 days and if you want to re-enter Vietnam within 30 days of your departure.
**Please also note that the process of getting a visa at the airport depends on the air traffic. It is common to have to wait for more than an hour if you are stuck behind a large group of tourists. To avoid being exhausted in the queue, you can also consider our EHG Fast-track service: we will wait for you at the Landing Visa Counter with your name on the welcome board and help you get the visa stamp and visa sticker. This service saves you at least 30 minutes, and you do not need to be in the queue, but at the baggage hall to wait for your belongings.
The Fast-track service is available from USD 40 per person (excluding visa stamping fee). And children who share the same passport and/or travel document with their parents are entitled to free travel.
